Reserving A Property

After viewing a property, we hope that you decide to rent with Lettings Direct! In order to reserve a property with us we require you to officially reserve it by paying a holding deposit.

A 'holding deposit' is usually the full deposit, which is always one month's rent.

Assuming that the tenancy goes ahead, this amount will be deducted from the monies due before you move in. If the landlord declines to grant the tenancy it will be refunded in full.
