For peace of mind for both landlords and tenants, we offer a regular inspection of all rental properties. These occur quarterly throughout the tenancy, unless otherwise arranged with landlords.
From these inspections we will advise on any adverse conditions, however, experience tells us tenants who understand their property is being closely monitored are more likely to maintain a high standard of care and cleanliness.
The Lettings Direct tenancy agreement states that we have the right to visit the property at times acceptable to the tenant, provided that reasonable notice has been given. If you wish to visit the property yourself during a tenancy, we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements. Please bear in mind that the tenant would be entitled to prior notice for this.
